To support the technical needs of hospital billing applications, the full-time Epic Certified Application Engineer will perform high-level systems analysis, programming, and project management in a remote capacity, while ensuring maximum system availability and customer support. Key responsibilities: Manage application projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with departmental goals Perform detailed technical analysis, design, programming, and documentation for assigned projects Provide leadership and support for problem resolution, escalating critical issues as necessary Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience Epic Certification in Hospital Billing 4-5 years of experience in a related field Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
