To support application and training needs, the full-time Enterprise Application Analyst III will maintain application configurations, serve as the primary contact for user issues, and identify system performance problems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Understand and maintain application configuration and database integrity for all systems Act as the first point of contact for users regarding application system issues Design, code, and test system functions and reports to meet user needs Required qualifications Associate's degree or vocational/technical program completion in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum four years of experience in developing or maintaining information systems in healthcare settings Epic Ambulatory certification and at least two years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory preferred Clinical/Financial/Technical license or certification (e.g., RN, MT, RRT, CPA) preferred Equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and technical certification may be considered in lieu of education
