Supporting OCHIN's mission, the full-time Epic Cadence/Prelude Solutions Analyst will work remotely to resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues Required qualifications Certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude (REQUIRED) Minimum of 2 years of build experience (REQUIRED) Experience and proficiency in Referrals is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Ability to complete a 50-60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview
