Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Application Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic scheduling workflows to enhance patient access and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and optimize Epic Cadence functionality across various care environments Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access processes Troubleshoot application issues and support system testing and validation activities Required Qualifications Epic Cadence Certification required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on Epic Cadence build and optimization experience in a healthcare environment Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and workflow redesign initiatives Strong understanding of patient access and ambulatory scheduling operations
