To support healthcare systems in optimizing patient scheduling, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and manage scheduling tools, handle client tickets, and collaborate on cross-functional projects in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including ticket generation rules and waitlist automation Review and manage open tickets, coordinating with client teams and Epic IT to implement changes Contribute to project work across Comprehensive Scheduling and provide technical guidance to client staff Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with expertise in scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration Active Epic Cadence certification is required Familiarity with Epic Referrals workflows and the ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders Strong organizational skills to prioritize across multiple tasks and projects
