Contract Length: 3 Months, possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure, build, and maintain Epic Beaker CP & AP modules to support laboratory workflows.
2. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Beaker interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity with HNL Labs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, lab staff, and project managers, to meet deliverables on schedule.
4. Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance.
5. Document workflows, configurations, and system changes as needed.
6. Provide end-user training and support as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Epic Beaker CP & AP certification (Required)
• Strong experience in Beaker build, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in lab integration, HL7 interfaces, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Previous experience supporting laboratory systems interfacing with third-party labs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with onsite teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
