Collaborating with operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Epic Applications Systems Analyst will manage the selection, development, implementation, and support of application software for clinical device integration and FHIR API, ensuring effective solutions meet business needs. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and optimize resources while ensuring effective communication and accountability Evaluate and configure application features through collaboration with subject matter experts, caregivers, and vendors Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, participating in critical incident responses and developing support documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve, as required by the department Three years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs) Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and serve as a mentor to less experienced team members Strong leadership skills to effectively communicate and lead meetings across all organizational levels
