To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Epic Application Analyst Trainer will design and deliver educational solutions for HIM/Identity, collaborating with stakeholders and translating complex workflows into learner-focused experiences in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide testing and documentation of workflows, addressing technical issues related to the application Create and execute test scripts for new system builds and implement system updates, communicating changes to users Coordinate training materials and schedules for super users and end users while engaging with all stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of healthcare, Epic, training, or application support experience Epic HIM Certification and Epic Identity Certification Experience developing and delivering Epic training programs in collaboration with operational leaders Experience creating adult learning materials and facilitating various training sessions
