To provide Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients, the full-time remote Advisory Epic Application Analyst will configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare workflows and ensure system compliance. Key responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend solutions to optimize Epic application functionality and compliance Document business requirements, configure and validate application modifications, and provide ongoing support and issue resolution Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations, track decisions, and facilitate seamless transitions during system upgrades Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare-related certification, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting Epic Compass Rose Certification required, with additional certifications in Epic Healthy Planet and Epic Ambulatory preferred Expert knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical and business operations, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously
