Epic Implementation SpecialistQualifications:5+ years of experience completing full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systemsCurrent Epic certifications in Inpatient Orders, Bugsy, and other relevant Epic modulesDemonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide clinical system assessment, design, development, and implementationStrong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating clinical and business information into system requirementsProven ability to distinguish user requests from true business and clinical needsExperience partnering with business users, IT leadership, project managers, programmers, consultants, and vendorsAbility to manage stakeholder expectations and evaluate project scope, risks, and benefitsEpic certification(s) and other specialty certifications from nationally recognized programs (preferred)Clinical background (preferred)Experience with at least two full Epic life-cycle implementations (preferred)Master's degree or advanced clinical degree with two years of lead-level requirements management experience orBachelor's degree with five years of relevant clinical, healthcare IT, or healthcare administration experience orEquivalent combination of education, training, and experience2–5 years of experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applicationsSpruce Technology, Inc. is a mid-size, award-winning technology services firm with a steadily growing portfolio of commercial and government clients.
