Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst, South Carolina Licensed, will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software, making recommendations for enhancements Develop and document project procedures for implementing system changes and provide end-user training and support Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to maximize system performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience Epic Module Certification as required by the position In lieu of the above, relevant experience and education may be considered CPHIMS certification is preferred
