To support healthcare operations, the full-time Epic Analyst - Oregon Licensed will design, analyze, develop, test, and implement Epic system applications while providing tier two technical assistance and troubleshooting for end users in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software and applications to meet organizational needs Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical end user needs and ensure system functionality Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent required At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired Certification in at least one inpatient or ambulatory application is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
