To support healthcare operations, the full-time Epic Analyst - Kansas Licensed will provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist in the implementation of EHR systems while working remotely from designated states. Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and upgrades, to ensure system stability and security Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet specific healthcare workflows and operational needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required 0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience for Level I; 3 - 5 years for Level II; 5 or more years for Level III Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire Experience with EHR systems and healthcare workflows preferred Multiple Epic certifications preferred for higher levels
