To support application reporting needs, the full-time remote Epic Analyst will design, analyze, develop, and implement Epic software solutions while providing tier two technical assistance and participating in on-call support rotations, with Epic Analyst Certification required. Key responsibilities Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic applications to meet organizational needs Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and recommend actions to address end user issues Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent required At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
