To support healthcare operations, the full-time Remote Epic Analyst will design, analyze, develop, test, and provide tier two technical assistance for Epic applications, requiring Epic Analyst Certification and proficiency in reporting tools. Key responsibilities Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to address end user needs and achieve client specifications Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent required At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
