• 2+ yrs of Epic Community Connect EpicCare Ambulatory builder experience
• 2+ yrs of Implementation and support experience
• Reporting, SlicerDicer, Dashboard knowledge
• Understanding of Security assessment and needs for end users
• ServiceNow Knowledge and Experience
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Customer Focused
• Ability to work Independently and MUST be a Self-Starter

Certifications REQUIRED

• EpicCare Ambulatory
• Analysis of Clinical Tools and Reporting Badge
• Healthy Planet & Registries
• Regulatory Reporting (MIPS) Badges
