To support ongoing maintenance and optimization initiatives, the remote Epic Ambulatory Analyst will manage referral ordering workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, and serve as the primary analyst for mobile application functionality within a complex healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Lead efforts related to referral ordering workflows and support referral management initiatives Collaborate with scheduling, managed care, and revenue cycle teams to improve ambulatory workflows Support ongoing Epic Ambulatory maintenance, optimization, enhancements, and project initiatives Required qualifications Epic Ambulatory certification required Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a healthcare environment Strong understanding of referral and authorization workflows Experience with clinical mobile applications, including Haiku and Canto Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
