Seeking a full-time remote Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst, the successful candidate will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and provide advisory support to healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize Epic functionality, ensuring effective support for outpatient rehabilitation workflows Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to translate complex requests into practical solutions Utilize Epic certifications and technical expertise to enhance healthcare operations and workflows Required qualifications Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience is strongly preferred Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience is strongly preferred Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks is preferred Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
