Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Miami office for Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys with 4‑8 years of experience. Candidates will work closely with our Chicago Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys. The role is open to hybrid and fully remote candidates.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven research skills, and be self‑starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. They must be licensed and admitted to practice in Florida.
Job duties include performing legal research; drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence; attending court conferences; handling investigations and discovery, including depositions.
