Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning, sanitizing, and replenishment of supplies throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily environmental services, including cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize orbital buffer equipment to clean and maintain hard floor surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas following established procedures.
• Replenish paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other facility supplies.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred.
• Experience operating an orbital buffer or similar floor care equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and customer service.
