To support critical quality assurance processes, the full-time Environmental Quality Assurance Coordinator will manage employee training profiles, coordinate vendor evaluations, and maintain quality metrics in a remote capacity across Canada for an 18-month contract covering maternity leave. Key responsibilities Create and update employee training profiles and maintain training matrices across Canada Coordinate vendor and subcontractor evaluations by tracking documentation and outstanding requirements Prepare quality metrics, scorecards, and reports while organizing records for audits and quality initiatives Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in laboratory operations, quality assurance, or technical administration Practical understanding of laboratory terminology and workflows Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Ability to work independently and communicate effectively through remote tools
