Environmental Quality & Waste Operations Leader

ESCAMBIA COUNTY is seeking an Environmental Quality Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage operations within the Environmental Quality Division of the Waste Services Department. This role oversees all facilities including landfills, transfer stations, and hazardous waste programs.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, prepare detailed reports, manage a team of environmental technicians, and lead safety and budgeting efforts.
