Duties
- Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance and regulatory matters.
- Defend clients in environmental enforcement actions.
- Engage in litigation and negotiation related to environmental issues.
- Assist in obtaining necessary environmental permits and authorizations.
- Participate in agency rulemaking processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in environmental law.
- Experience in private practice, trade associations, or government agencies preferred.
- California bar membership required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
