Guided by a process rooted in listening, we partner closely with clients across industries and around the country to uncover opportunities, shape communities, and design environments that leave a lasting legacy.We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a background in Environmental Graphic Design as well as traditional graphic design abilities to join our Baltimore office.

Our next team member's primary responsibility is to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects, working with both our design studios/clients and our marketing team.The position requires:5-10 years of experience in the environmental graphic design field or a related design fieldProficiency in the development of signage, wayfinding, and placemaking packages with the use of Adobe Creative Suite programsAbility to multitask, working on several projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detailSkilled in client presentation and in managing client expectations with clear communications and confident leadershipOversee/create graphic firmwide material for proposals, advertisements, presentations, conference displays, and award submissionsDevelops digital, print, and interactive pieces and maintains firmwide graphic templatesStrong illustrative skills are a mustResponds to the needs of the team as required in a deadline-driven environmentThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, illustration, architecture, or related fieldProfessional and courteous demeanor, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal clientsAutoCAD and Revit experience preferred but not requiredDemonstrates creativity and strong conceptual and visual communication skillsProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills3D rendering skills in SketchUp or similar system preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiativeCollaborative team member who works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work autonomouslyAbility to produce high-quality documents in deadline-driven environmentsWe believe there's power in purpose.
