What You Will Do:
- Lead safety and environmental programs across the manufacturing operation
- Oversee OSHA compliance, injury prevention, training, and audits
- Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead a team and partner with cross-functional leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and strengthen the facility’s safety culture
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing safety and/or environmental management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, injury prevention, and environmental compliance
- At least 3 years of management experience
