Job Title: Automotive Photographer (Part-Time) Location: Santa Cruz (Capitola, Scotts Valley, Watsonville, Aptos, Soquel, Freedom, Live Oak) & Surrounding Areas, CA Additional Coverage: Opportunities to assist in Salinas, Monterey, San Jose & nearby markets Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (until route completion) Pay: $25.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Part-Time Automotive Photographer to capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles for online listings.

Using a company-provided iPhone and app, you’ll visit assigned dealerships, stage vehicles, and ensure inventory is accurately documented and visually appealing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.

No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)

Capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app

Locate vehicle keys and move vehicles to staging areas

Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and photo-ready

Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle availability and readiness

Track and manage completed work using mobile tools

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals who:

Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Can handle physical activity (walking lots, moving vehicles)

Are organized, detail-oriented, and efficient

Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively

Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology

Preferred (not required):

Experience driving manual transmission vehicles

Requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Comfortable with physical activity and outdoor work

Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
