nResponsibilities

- Assist pet owners with scheduling grooming appointments n
- Coordinate appointment times based on availability n
- Confirm upcoming appointments and provide customers with appointment details n
- Update appointment information when changes are requested n
- Help customers select appropriate appointment times based on available services n
- Assist with rescheduling and cancellations n
- Help maintain an organized appointment schedule n
- Support the front desk and salon team with general customer service duties as needed n
