Job Title
Pay Range: $12.75hr - $17.75hr
Requirement/Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Phlebotomy experience is required, including internship or externship experience to cover basic skills.
- Minimum of 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience is required (e.g., Retail, Home Health Aide).
- Keyboard and data entry experience is required.
- Ability to perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
- Willingness to work both in the lobby and in a draw room with patients to assist with coverage.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and address questions or concerns with care and compassion.
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the waiting area.
- Assist patients with check-ins in the lobby using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet.
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients and the public.
- Provide coverage for breaks and staffing shortages by performing phlebotomy duties.
