Job Description
We're growing our manufacturing team in St. Louis and looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals with an electrical or automation background to join our team.
- Wire and assemble control panels and control cabinets
- Perform layout work and panel modifications (cutouts, inner pan work)
- Cut, strip, and terminate wires following industry standards
- Install electrical components, grounding, and breakers
- Assist with conduit bending, threading, and installation
- Support tubing installation (cutting, reaming, bending)
- Help with wiring inside control houses and installed equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics (required - not trained on the job)
- Understanding of electrical symbols and basic NEC knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Technical school, trade school, or electrician training
- Some experience with control cabinets, panel wiring, or assembly work
- Entry-level candidates with basic electrical knowledge encouraged to apply
- Open to electrical engineering graduates interested in hands-on work
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics and understand electrical symbols.
- Basic electrical assembly experience, including wiring, cutting, stripping, terminating wires, and assembling control panels.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, lift up to 49 lbs, and maintain quality and accuracy in production work.
