This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals and recent Supply Chain or Logistics graduates looking to grow their careers.
Responsibilities
- Process RMAs and vendor returns
- Verify return eligibility and document return requests
- Track open orders and follow up with vendors
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues
- Keep accurate return logs and status updates
- Support Service, Production, and Warehouse teams
- Report recurring quality and vendor concerns
Qualifications
- Strong Excel, data entry, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Stable work history Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM-5: 00 PM
