You'll work directly with travelers: hearing what kind of trip they dream about, researching cruises, all-inclusive resorts, theme park vacations, and more, then putting together quotes and handling their bookings. Great fit for anyone who loves travel, stays organized, and enjoys helping people.
What you'll do:
- Connect with clients to understand their travel goals and budgets
- Compare travel options across trusted suppliers and vendors
- Create personalized vacation quotes and proposals
- Book cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages for clients
- Keep client and reservation records accurate and up to date
- Monitor payment deadlines and important travel dates
- Offer friendly, professional service that keeps clients coming back
What you need:
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and websites
- Dependable internet and a quiet place to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
