Front Page Agency is launching its Arizona expansion on October 5, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to build professional experience in telecom, customer acquisition, sales, leadership, and business operations.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants more than a traditional sales position. You’ll begin by learning how to represent our telecom campaign, engage customers, generate results, and understand the fundamentals of a growing territory.

As you develop, you can earn opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in training, team leadership, territory development, recruiting, and project operations.

What You'll Do

• Represent our telecom client in face-to-face customer environments
• Educate customers on available products and service options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support customer acquisition and market growth
• Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns
• Learn sales, communication, and customer engagement strategies
• Track individual and team performance
• Develop an understanding of territory and campaign operations
• Assist with training newer team members as you advance
• Learn leadership, recruiting, and team-development fundamentals

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous telecom or sales experience. We are primarily looking for individuals who are:

Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, athletics, events, marketing, communications, or sales can transfer well into this position.
