What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts to move products, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Transport and stage materials for shipping, receiving, and production operations
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct equipment inspections and report mechanical issues when needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to work safely around forklifts, warehouse equipment, and moving materials
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic reading, counting, and communication skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Previous forklift experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment
- Frequent forklift and equipment traffic
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Moderate warehouse noise levels
- Indoor distribution facility
- Safety footwear and other PPE may be required
- Overtime may be required based on production and shipping schedules
