My client, an independent insurance brokerage, is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is eager to learn the insurance industry, build relationships, and develop a long-term career in group health insurance and employee benefits.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base + Commission (up to $105,000+ OTE!!)
- Uncapped earning potential - commission focused
- Opportunity to earn ongoing renewal commissions as eligible client accounts renew, allowing you to build a book of business that can generate income year after year
Position Overview
- On-site in West Caldwell, NJ
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Direct training and mentorship from the owner
- Learn to sell group health insurance and employee benefits to businesses
- Develop new client relationships through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and grow your own book of business over time
