This is an entry-level, full-time sales training position. We train representatives in customer service, product knowledge, sales, and the day-to-day operations of a retail sales environment.

Responsibilities and daily tasks for our Team Training and Sales Representative

• Greet customers in-store with a smile
• Answer any questions about wireless and cellular products and services that a customer may have
• Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Know about all the products and services that we provide
• Increase sales and meet sales goals

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, restaurant, bar, and other related industries
• Must be entrepreneurial-minded
• Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly
• Great people skills
• Leadership skills
• The desire to learn more about retail and sales
