This position supports customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives connected to the evolving Cox and Spectrum telecommunications landscape in Arizona . Our objective is to build a high-performing team capable of acquiring new customers, developing new territories, and ultimately overseeing sales operations as the market expands. This is not a traditional desk-based project management position . Candidates begin by learning the project from the ground up through hands-on sales, customer acquisition, and territory development before progressing into leadership and project oversight responsibilities. Represent telecommunications products and services directly to prospective customers Drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face sales Educate customers on available internet and telecom solutions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options Track customer acquisition activity and individual performance Learn campaign objectives, sales processes, and operational standards Participate in daily coaching and leadership development Work alongside experienced leaders to understand the complete customer acquisition process Training and developing new sales representatives Leading small customer acquisition teams Monitoring team performance and sales targets Assisting with territory planning and market development Supporting recruiting, training, and team development Overseeing portions of the sales project and reporting performance to leadership Comfortable working directly with customers Interested in sales, business, leadership, or project management Motivated by performance and advancement Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, retail, leadership, communications, or business can translate well into this position.
