What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with school & healthcare decision-makers, running a full desk.
- Recruit and place professionals nationwide.
- Negotiate contracts and manage accounts.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and job boards.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or experience in any industry, preferably retail and hospitality.
- Comfortable with a hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
