Glory Premier Enterprises is hiring an Entry Level Sales Leadership Trainee to join our on-site sales team. This position combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with opportunities to take on greater team responsibility over time.
Pay: $18–$21/hour + commissions and performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers and identify their needs
- Present products, services, promotions, and available options
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional customer experience
- Track sales activity and communicate results with the team
- Work closely with team members to meet performance goals
- Take on team leadership responsibilities as experience grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented approach to work
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
- Interest in sales and future leadership responsibilities
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
