About the Company

The Neill Agency is expanding and looking for entry level sales professionals to help families with life insurance and retirement solutions. This role is 100% remote.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Phone and Zoom based sales
• Working warm leads people who requested information
• Commission only compensation with no income cap
• Structured training with ongoing coaching
• Clear promotion path for producers

Qualifications

• Life and Health license or willingness to obtain
• Must be located in the United States
• Willingness to make calls and follow a proven system

Required Skills

• Strong communicators who can listen and lead
• People who take ownership of results
• Comfortable with performance based income

Preferred Skills
