Compensation & benefits
Base $50K + uncapped commission ; target$15K within your first year. About the role
Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline while using consultative selling to deliver measurable revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline.
- Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 30–60 day sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
- Represent Summit ethically and professionally; build long-term relationships that lead to expansion and referrals .
