Launch 513 is looking for motivated individuals to join our Retail Sales & Customer Experience team. You’ll work face-to-face with customers while representing established brands and learning practical skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former student-athletes, hospitality or retail professionals, and career starters who want hands-on experience and room to grow.
No extensive industry experience is required. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers one-on-one at retail locations
- Help customers understand products, services, and available options
- Assist with orders, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
- Process customer orders and complete sales transactions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Represent client brands with professionalism
- Track daily results and provide customer feedback
- Work alongside your team to achieve individual and campaign goals
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing training
