Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Compensation : $50,000 + uncapped commission ($75-85k 1st year OTE)

At Phaidon, we create niche recruitment experts by first matching you with one of our niche sub-teams, bringing you through our award winning Onboarding Academy, and working closely with you to train you on our model of recruitment.

The Los Angeles office has consistently excelled in growth and performance gearing up to be the company's next flagship office as business growth across the Western U.S. continues. Over the course of the interview process, you will speak with the managers of the teams that are hiring and matched with one of their niches.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International?

Business Development:

Reach out to relevant companies, build lasting stakeholder relationships, and consult on hiring needs through strategic outreach, tailored pitches, and ongoing client engagement.

Candidate Sourcing :

Proactively headhunting, cold calling, and networking with top-tier, passive candidates to match client needs within your niche and territory.

Process Management :

Connect clients with top talent by managing the full hiring process from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up to ensure a lasting fit for both parties.

What are we looking for?

• Interest in an entry-level position that involves reaching out to and influencing business leaders and professionals as they make hiring and employment decisions
• Driven salespeople that have a clear internal motivation for taking on a challenge involving detailed repetitive tasks and rejection
• The ability to communicate with conviction for the purpose of influencing clients and candidates
• 1+ years in an activity involving any combination of performance, competition, resilience, collaboration, and/or persuasion
• 1+ years of experience in an activity where you received and implemented critical feedback
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Curiosity to research, ask questions, and become an expert in your niche

• $50,000 base salary + unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE)
