We’re looking for commercially minded individuals to join our New York team as Analysts, offering a clear path into recruitment through structured training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build a successful long-term career.
The Opportunity
You’ll begin with our 12-week Accelerator program , an in-depth training experience designed to teach you the skills needed to succeed in sales recruitment. From building relationships and developing new business to negotiating and closing deals, you’ll gain hands-on experience before transitioning into one of our specialist teams, with continued support as you develop.
No previous recruitment experience is required — we’re looking for the right mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn.
