You’ll begin with our 12-week Accelerator program, an in-depth training experience designed to teach you the skills needed to succeed in sales recruitment. From building relationships and developing new business to negotiating and closing deals, you’ll gain hands-on experience before transitioning into one of our specialist teams, with continued support as you develop.
No previous recruitment experience is required — we’re looking for the right mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn.
