The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, professionals with a desire to grow with our locally owned company. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. Onsite training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls/ emails/ messages from new and current ClientsRespond in a timely manner to incoming requestsVerify and input accurate Client Move information into CRMProvide real time estimates using scriptsCall/ email/ message Clients using the TME Sales Journey ModelAssist new and current Clients with questions, rescheduling, and concernsDocument all communication with Clients in the CRMReport to the Manager any challenging scenarios and potential issuesOther related responsibilities may be assignedJob-RequirementsSelf-motivated, energetic, organized, trainable and reliable.Ability to follow instructions while following your own critical thinking when needed.CRM data entry and funnel managementAbility to build productive business professional partnerships.Fluent English speakerTech savvyPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsPrevious phone Sales and/ or Customer Service experience a plus, but not required.Full time position; flexible scheduling.
