Job Title: Entry-Level Packager Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00AM – 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a steady, hands-on role in food production with consistent hours and long-term growth opportunities? Join a busy food manufacturing team in Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to producing granola, cereal, and packaged food products in a clean, fast-paced environment. As an Entry-Level Packager, you'll be an essential part of ensuring products are prepared for shipment, maintaining production flow, and upholding quality standards throughout the packaging process. You'll support daily operations by preparing and inspecting packaged items, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You'll work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process. What You'll Do As a Entry-Level Packager, you will be responsible for:

• Repacking boxes and bags of food products into shipping cases accurately and efficiently.
• Placing cereal and other food products into shipping cartons with care.
• Counting and verifying product quantities to ensure correctness.
• Stacking boxes and pallets safely and efficiently to facilitate smooth handling and shipping.
• Inspecting packaging for quality, consistency, and safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Supporting the production and packaging teams as needed throughout your shift to meet daily goals.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Reliable transportation — this company is not accessible via bus/public transportation
• The ability to lift 35–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Capacity to stand and remain active for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks accurately.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, or production roles is a plus but not required.
