We are hiring an Entry Level Marketing Trainee to support retail-based marketing campaigns in the Independence, OH area. This role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand awareness, promotional marketing, and face-to-face customer interactions inside partnered retail locations and local event settings. Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally inside partnered retail locations
Assist with the execution of daily marketing campaigns and promotional events
Engage with customers to provide information on products, services, and current promotions
Answer customer questions and create a positive customer experience
Support customer enrollments, product education, and campaign objectives
Help maintain a professional, organized, and engaging promotional environment
Receive hands-on training from team leaders to develop communication, marketing, sales, and leadership skills
Collaborate with team members to help achieve campaign and growth goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required
Must be able to work on-site in the Independence/Cleveland, OH area
