Entry Level Marketing Associate

SHIK Consulting Group is expanding its team and seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to support our face-to-face marketing campaigns throughout the DC metro area.
We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to develop new skills, and want to be part of a team where effort, initiative, and performance are recognized.
About the Role
You'll represent client campaigns at retail locations and other public-facing venues, engaging with potential customers and supporters, communicating campaign messages, and helping interested individuals sign up.
You'll also collaborate with your team to meet campaign goals, contribute ideas, and develop practical experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced team members who provide coaching throughout the day. As your skills develop, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, from helping train new colleagues to team leadership and campaign management.

Compensation
Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
