Credence Innovations is hiring Entry Level Marketing Associates to join our growing team across Indianapolis. In this role, you'll work directly on live client marketing campaigns — connecting with customers face-to-face at pop-up events and retail activations, building the real-world marketing and sales skills that employers actually want.
No degree required. No experience required. Just drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent Credence Innovations' clients at live pop-up events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis
- Engage members of the public in direct, face-to-face marketing conversations on behalf of our clients
- Clearly communicate the value of our clients' products and services and assist customers with next steps
- Support event setup, campaign flow, and breakdown at assigned locations
- Log daily campaign data, customer interactions, and personal performance metrics
- Work toward weekly team goals alongside a supportive, high-energy team
Who We're Looking For

- Reliable transportation for local Indianapolis area travel
- Full-time availability with a consistent schedule

How Pay Works
Full-time W2 employee position .
Base pay is $10/hour plus commission.
