We are currently hiring a Entry Level Marketing Associate on behalf of our client in the area. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated, outgoing individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development .

In this role, you'll represent our client's brand through face-to-face customer interactions, helping drive new customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support ongoing sales initiatives. As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you'll play a key role in communicating the value of our client's products and services while developing professional skills in sales strategy, relationship building, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent our client's brand through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
• Build relationships with prospective customers and educate them on available products and services
• Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our client's products, promotions, and service offerings
• Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
• Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and customer outreach strategies
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment focused on performance and growth
